The children had an amazing day at Marwell. We found giraffes, penguins, Meerkats, Pygmy hippos, and lots more animals. We looked at animal patterns and enjoyed finding out more about each animal by reading the information there. We found out where each animal comes from and what they eat in the wild. We did lots of walking and had a few sleepy children on the way home. We used what we had learnt to inform some of our writing activities the following week.
